Exchange Policy
We offer a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We believe you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, please email use at service@thegreenknot.com.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can email us at service@thegreenknot.com If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our business and many products being made to order, we currently only offer a full exchange for any product you order that meets the above criteria.
